Organic School of Fitness

I am very "old school" when it comes to exercise, strength training and circuit training. In this modern era places too much emphasis is on style over substance when it comes to getting in shape. People join gyms fashion, dress fashion apparel, drink more sports drinks, and usually pay exorbitant amounts of money in the hope of achieving short-term goals. I prefer the old-school approach, and I mean simple basic exercises that have been proven to increase strength and fitness. These are exercises that are taught in school during training, and are the basic training in military academies, dance and martial arts schools today.

Circuit Training

I think circuit training is one of the best ways to acquire all round fitness and strength. The most intense circuit training I've done in my life was in large interior spaces, with "stations" where different exercises. Generally, little or no weight thereof. In general, the years are as follows:

* Press ups

* Sit

* Jumps stars

* Axles squatting

* Squats

* Step UPS (on a bench in the gym)

* Go ahead, gym bench with feet together

* Burpies (a kind of star jump followed immediately by a squat thrust - a murderer)

* Go

* Sprints up and down hall

* The corridor, roads, etc.

* Dips (with gym, hang back bench)

* The medicine ball between the passage of two, back to back or throw

There are often many others that are incorporated to ensure that each class is varied, but the core of any type of circuit training. Ideal for developing overall strength and cardiovascular health and exercise all major muscle groups, keeping the heart rate elevated.

Bodybuilding

Basic training weight compound is what I think weight training is "old school". I mean exercises that use multiple muscle groups at once. Best compund exercises to do are:

* Bench Press

* If Press / Military Press

* Bent in the range

Shrugs *

* Take

* Clean and clean and presses

* Earrings weights

* Dips

* Downs lateral traction

If you are circuit training, you really do not need any equipment. For weight training, you should invest in decent equipment or joining a gym right weight for old school experience.
